Do you accept insurance?
Absolutely, we do accept a variety of insurance companies. You can call our office, and once we gather some information from you, it would be our pleasure to look up your insurance benefits. When it comes to insurance, we want to make sure you receive the care that will lead to results, so sometimes working with insurance companies isn't the best route. We work for you and not your insurance company because we want to help you gain health and wellness.
How much does it cost?
That is a great question and frequently asked question. Cases and conditions vary from one another, so it truly depends on the services Dr. Chris deems necessary to help you achieve results. We promise to be transparent about finances and to relay any information prior to services being offered. We do NOT let finances hold anyone back from care they deserve and want to serve you.
How often do I need to make an appointment?
Based on the information we have gathered on your first visit, Dr. Chris will prescribe a treatment plan that will help you find relief from your pain, correct the underlying cause, and stabilize your condition. We want to help you get back to doing what you love with the people you love for the rest of your life.
Is acupuncture painful?
Acupuncture is a safe and minimally invasive therapy designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance to the nervous system. Most patients experience little to no discomfort during treatment and often find it relaxing. It's a great alternative medicine option for managing headaches, neck pain, and other conditions.

Why do I need X-rays for chiropractic care?
Digital X-rays provide crucial information about your spinal structure, alignment, and any underlying conditions that may not be visible during a physical exam. They help us rule out fractures, detect degenerative changes, identify misalignments, and create the most effective personalized treatment plan for your specific needs.
How much do digital X-rays cost?
X-ray costs vary based on the number of views needed for proper diagnosis. Most insurance plans cover necessary diagnostic X-rays as part of chiropractic care. We'll verify your coverage and discuss any out-of-pocket costs before proceeding. Call us at (913) 662-1466 for specific pricing information.
Does insurance cover chiropractic X-rays?
Yes, many insurance plans cover necessary diagnostic X-rays as part of chiropractic care. We accept most major insurance providers and will verify your coverage before your appointment. For patients without insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates and payment plans.
Are digital X-rays safe?
Yes, digital X-rays are very safe. They use up to 80% less radiation than traditional film X-rays while providing higher quality images. The radiation exposure is minimal and comparable to natural background radiation you'd receive during a short airplane flight.
How long does the X-ray process take?
The actual X-ray imaging takes only 5-10 minutes. Digital X-rays provide instant results, so Dr. On can review your images with you immediately during the same appointment. The entire process from positioning to image review typically takes 15-20 minutes total.
Can I get X-rays done the same day as my appointment?
Yes! Our on-site digital X-ray equipment allows us to take and review images during your same appointment. This eliminates the need for separate imaging appointments and allows Dr. On to create your personalized treatment plan right away.
Will everyone need X-rays on their first visit?
Not necessarily. Dr. On determines the need for X-rays based on your age, health history, symptoms, and examination findings. Some patients may need X-rays immediately, while others may not require them at all. We only recommend imaging when it's clinically necessary.
Can I get copies of my X-rays?
Absolutely! Digital X-rays can be easily copied to a disc or emailed to you or another healthcare provider. We're happy to provide your images whenever you need them for your records or referrals to other specialists.
Where is your office located?
We're located at 13021 W 95th St Suite A, Lenexa, KS 66215, near the intersection of 95th St and I-35. Our digital X-ray equipment is on-site for your convenience.
